The Resilience Of Aligarh's Phool Patti Ka Kaam

For as long as I can remember, I had given into the clichéd habit of drying flowers in the pages of my books—hoping that, years later, I will stumble upon them again: translucent and pasted neatly against a surface. It turns out, this quiet attempt to preserve a fleeting moment may have been inherited from my hometown—Aligarh.
